That won't help. I can't access IPs, yet can tell when someone's a J-Dye dupe. The Mods here also have that ability. :yup:

He must be rewarded with something for his effrots.

i want to know why his IP is not banned or does he evade IP ban to sign up here

Why? This way he can use his real IP range and make it even easier for the staff to detect his dupes.

The problem is, an IP ban won't manage that.

And he can always go for free vpn services..
