I've looked at server.lu slots from bytesized-hosting, fastsh.it, and bigsb. Whatbox is the cheapest around.
They are cheapest but bytesized by far has the best support and community.

They have their own front/backend, the only thing that shows in the ticket publicly is the username. It is nothing to do with 'too cheap', especially with morons like you wanting a dedicated 10Gbit server for $5 a month.
Fastsh > whatbox > bigsb > bytesized > * > urmom.
And evoboxes craps all over all of them (no surprise though since they are running a semi-ponzi-scheme).
Pulsed media are wayyyyyy cheaper, and greater bang for your buck
