Is there any reason I am not receiving the new password? I first tried it 9 days ago and then a few times after that, it says to wait a few minutes but nothing happens... any ideas?

Try going to their IRC channel and asking a staff member. Their answer will be much better than all the speculation we can come up with here on FST.

You need basic IRC knowledge and their server address and channel, available here.
In other words, get mIRC, run it, and then type the following commands:
Code:/nick Your_FTN_Nickname
/server irc.darknet-irc.net
/join #ftn-support
