geohotz code does not allow you to play pirated games. what it allows it for you to run signed code. people need to get the story right if they are to report on it.

^ Well you can't blame them for not wanting their console hacked. But they definitely don't have to be such assholes about it. You don't see Nintendo constantly doing shit like that because of all the piracy going on with the Wii and DS. But I certainly think not getting one because of this is a little much. No need to deprive yourself of the game you want to play.
I'll definitely still get a ps3 when the price lowers to what the console is worth. And when I do get one, I will definitely hack it.
