http://tapochek.net/ - russian torrent-site (games, anime, movies iirc). Was good, not much anymore. Nothing interesting to see there. They closed invitations few months ago.

If comparing one of world's busiest discussion boards with stagnant russian site feels reasonable, then yes, basically both are anonymous image boards, like I already told in my previous post.
