I am tryin to send my aunt an e-mail but i get the following and also i tried another e-mail to aol and i get the same could this be a aol.com prob?

getting down to the problem, the reason is that either hotmail or aol is CAP sensitive (or atleast it is for me) check that you have caps in right places etc
