working for me some hours but today is still banned :)
These bans were stored in M$ database. Even if the table that the data was stored in got deleted, you guys really think that M$ didnt have a database backup?
Its just a matter of restoring a backup and the bans are back. Dont get your hopes up.

I read a rumor that there is an update coming that resets your firmware back to factory default. Anyone know anything about this? :frusty:

So right now all banned xboxes that were unbanned are no re-banned?
just tried the above and mine's still banned.
All boxes that were banned were unbanned for about 2 days, mostly everyone has said the bans are back.
Hmm, anything being done about this or is this the end of playing games from burned media? Also will it just effect newer games coming out or will older games that were fully stealth patched and live confirmed also become a ban alert.
I guess it happened again, unbanned once again.
