Public accusation are only going to give staff extra work, and may result in your account here getting its privileges revoked, if you fail to present evidence of what you're saying (which I strongly recommend you do, in every sphere of life, really).

It is never acceptable to make public accusations of scamming/cheating. As is clearly stated in the sticky, the only appropriate action is to create a thread in the Report section, and provide proof that you were scammed/cheated. If you provide that proof, we will disable the scammer/cheater so that they can no longer access the trade sections.
Public accusations will result in your account being DP'd for 2 days.
For the record, cruelworld has been permanently DP'ed, after receiving several reports and PMs of different users stating the fact.
I won't even accept discussing with him details about his infraction.
