I have read a lot of threads about different clients that support .torrent files, but haven't made up my mind on which one to use.
Which one is the best according to you?

I'm using Shareaza at the moment but not for downloading torrents with. I get superspeeds downloading from gnutellla.
I wil give shad0ws a shot..
azureus
The experimental client .
remember to change from kbs to KBs, its a false sense of speed, nifty trick for the n00b'sQuote:

don't believe the Shareaza hype, it sucks for bittorrent
I'm using torrent storm which uses shadow as the client. Seems pretty good so far.
Nice and handy, holds all your torrents in one list and you can personalize the info it shows you.
TD
is it burst that also uses shadows core, not sure but everyone will soon use shadow as the core, if brain doesn't incorporate they same features
I use shadows client.
Works best for me, gives me max speed for my net connection.
oh, and has a sexy status button to, just beautiful seeing that green thing :D
hey Hey HEY!!!
how come nobody mentioned nova torrent?
it may not be as well known as shadow but it has some of the nicest features out there.
- one window management of all ur downloading/uploading torrents
- allows u to change ports
- detailed info about each torrents (seeds, peers, ips, trackers)
- speed limits
it's pretty good..
try the abc client. its core is the shadows client so it will have al the features but it has all the dl in one windows and the gui isnt bad either
ABC looks pretty good. I think I've found a new client. :DQuote:

I recommend the relatively new ABC bit torrent client. :)
With all the features of shadows, looks much better, more features and better organized. This has become my new favourite.
Oh, my opinion can be trusted ... because im TRshady :P
Agreed. I use ABC now because it uses the Shad0w core client, but with a nicer GUI. Shad0w's interface is horrible.
is it ok to install shadows when i already have bittorrent 3.3?i cannot uninstall or delete 3.3 because i'm still dwnloading some stuffusing 3.3 but i really want shadows because in its interface(as ive seen in infos bout it),it has a lot of info bout your current d/l or upload in the interface window.
sure you can download and install with downloads going, and you can even use it on the downloads you have going now, you would have to just restart the downloads, it will check the file and continue where you left off
which client can use proxy settings?
