What laptop Do You Have and which model....i have a mac air.
I have HP Dv6 series, don't remember which model.
I hate it's touch pad, I can't imagine which moron designed it.
Attachment 83756
Some Intel Atom processor working at 1.66GHz with 1GB of RAM. I plan on upgrading the latter to two gigs.
I go for the easy button here.
Inspiron 6400. It's ancient and works like a charm.
I resolve my HDD space by using external storage.
An HP DV6 here as well, I use an external bt mouse though .
I have a lenovo Q series laptop. Do'nt remember the model name. Its only specialty is that it is built like a tank.
i have acer
Since I can't vote for multiple brands I'll just skip voting. I have (in alphabetical order): Acer, Apple, ASUS, Samsung. Yeah, I'm a computer junkie...
I've a Asus netbook.
I've got an HP DV7..It's getting a bit old, but still works pretty good, except the fan is going :( I also have a HP mini 110 netbook I use on jobsites when I need it. The DV7 was getting too beat up lol
MacBook Pro early 2011
An HP 2710p 12" tablet pc and a 5 year old Toshiba - god knows the name, haven't used it for like 2-3 years.
macbook
Alienware(Dell) M15X. Did have a Dell M1530, but had problems with it and Dell replaced it with the Alienware.
We have a Compaq Presario F700 running Win7.
A bit outdated, but we only use it when we travel, so it fits our needs.
I have Dell Vostro 3500, core i5, led, 320 gb 7200 rpm. I got him a year ago.
A packardbell, i3, 4g, 500gb, ati radeon 5670 1gb or something
I have Dell vostro 131... like it.. its very light and portable
I have Asus g73jh
Dell Inspiron N4110.
Acer!
HP ProBook and I am satisfied :D
i use my asus since 6 years. equipment resistant and powerful. for example i can play on new games like Skyrim (worst resolution of course) but it's ok.
MSI ms-1719 from Ibuypower
MacBook Pro - Done.
HP Pavilion DV7 with the same touchpad issues as others if not worse since my cursor actually jumps by itself at times. Definitely driver related in my case, since when I had Windows XP x64 on it there was no jumping cursor. Unfortunately the driver I used then is not compatible with Win7. Also the fan has always been a bit loud and only lasted around 20 months before I needed to give it special care while waiting on a new one. I can't recommend HP at all.
If I were to buy a new one I would most likely choose Acer or Dell.
I have a Medion Lappy bought from Aldi 18 months ago. Works like a charm but specs aren't great so no v games
Alienware M15x
Vaio Z610.. kinda old but I still love it.
Asus, they make very good vfm laptops.
i have an old asus netbook, lol
acer 5552g . I plan to buy a pc soon because laptops are not that great for gaming
emachines e730. have a heat problem, but nothing that linux cant fix.
ps: curious, nobody post specs, just the models, some reason?
