Im using eset x64 antivirus at the moment , pretty good , although the notification of windows updates i consider it a useless feature
I use just avast but with COMODO firewall... it's make the difference :) very efficient!
But i think there are no really differences between all antivirus
As I've posted in a few other threads now, none.
avast :)
Kis 2012
Currently, I'm using KIS 2011. It has everything one can need on the net, because not only does it delete infected files, but also the normal ones just to be sure :)
Avast!, AVG, and Comodo are popular choices, which I expected; however, We expected to see more people using Symantec Norton Antivirus and McAfee Virus Scan due to how many PCs come bundled with a full/trial version of these programs.
Using Avira Internet Security+Comodo FW
Really light on system and effective
Symantec Endpoint protection 12.1
i have tried almost every anti virus but now i am finally using Avast antivirus. its best and quite suitable to me...
Kaspersky 2012 internet security. I have been using Kaspersky for going on 4 years now and I love it. Very customizable, easy to use and understand. It can be a bit of a pain for first time users, but once you get the hang of it I don't see how anyone can turn back.
I use to use Nod32 but it was to compicated (I like to do more with my antivirus than just click "deep scan". Between it and Norton security, a few years ago, I somehow blocked myself from the internet
i always use eset nod32 anti virus.it use little memory.and you can get username and pass easily from net.
I use kaspersky. I have used other antiviruses like avg and norton but didnt like them. Kaspersky works like a charm for me.
I was using Avast. From some days, I’m using Microsoft Security Essentials. I rarely connect to Internet via my mobile. I hope it is sufficient.
Mse
I found NOD 32 massively slowed down pc computer (which isnt terrible: 2.5 ghz core 2 duo, 4 gb ram, lenovo t400)
so no I go without an AV
How is KIS One ? is it better than avast
linux....its the only anti virus software you need :P lawls
I'm using Eset 5 good in my opinion
Nod32
McAfee.
It's a piece of shit. Too much false positives.
I have used McAfee. Kaspersky, and Norton (all paid) and they are no better than what I am using now, MSE. MSE works great and I don't even know it is running. Just as good as the paid ones IMO.
I prefer Norton. Been using the same for over a decade with no issues.
I using Avira antivirus. It's good.
always using microsoft security
McAfee
i used avast and comdo.
Avast is pretty good, and for home users it's free. But I'm starting to get annoyed with avast a little bit, it gives too many false flags on websites. It has blocked several websites that I visit with malware warnings, but it won't give me specific info about what the security risk is, and then I googgle search several different website malware scanners and it reports the website as clean.
I am using Microsoft security essentials. The best thing is that it's free but you need a legit OS (Win 7 or XP) for it to update and run properly.
The best anti virus is common sense. After that most of the AVs on offer has pros and Cons. None are perfect.
Nothing runs on my machine until I have tested it in under a virtual OS. So far so good.
I use a firewall but no antivirus
Nod32 5.0.94.0
Kaspersky (KIS) 2012 rules, now the pirated keys last longer
None...
i use Kaspersky. Got the best test results in av comparison.
I have ClamAV but I don't use it often since I run linux. The thing I use most is my brain and it's common sense.
Microsoft security essentials and been surprised how damn good it is.:)
