The guy is more than likely going to get raped repeatedly for a year(or hopefully only six months with good behavior) for uploading a less than stellar movie move to the web. That's totally a fair sentence. I'm sure he's learned his lesson and will now use Usenet in the future.

what sucks even more is than it was such a shitty movie that he got sentenced for. would have been better he got caught pirating "snow falling on cedars"+1 for you if you get that reference without googling.
