Underground Gamer has way more than just a decent selection. Plus the forums are very active(and it doesn't even claim to be one of these so-called community trackers) so you can get your questions answered quickly or discuss games until your heart's content. But Romulation and Emuparadise will probably serve you just as well.

It does. If mike is only interested in old games then bitGamer will be of no use to him.

I would also recommend underground gamer. I was able to find all the classics there.
