So, its basically another one of those closed-off, secretive "community" forums that people try to get into to seem cool/score invites/e-peen length? Something akin to Revolt(back in the day, not really now)/whatever other ones I can't think of off the top of my head? :P

I see an ugly website in a cluttered browser, next.

Is the OP talking about the forum community that used to be around? i thought it closed quite awhile back?
