I have broadband so i sit down at the puter whenever i have nowt else to do - which is often these days. Probably about 8 - 10 hrs/day on average. Terrible.....just terrible :(
It varies.... some days as little as 10 minutes, others as much as 24 hours. :rolleyes:
:) Typical is probably 2 hours or so.

I spend however long I want to spend, don't know exactly how long though, it depends, but I don't see the difference to sitting at the PC or sitting in front of the TV, but I think that there is a sort of stigma attached to the PC.

im 17 at school studying computer maintenence so even when im working im on computers but i also have a job which involves computers im a computer fixer guy in my friends internet cafe

On my days off I'm on my pc about 14 hrs a day, days I work about 2 hrs, so it balances out :P

I use computers a lot during the day as well.
Be careful with your eyes. Looking at a computer screen stops the blink reflex. That is used to moisten your eyeballs so as it slows down when looking at the screen they get dry. You have probably noticed the result of this.
Every 15 minutes or so look away from the screen and blink quickly for a few seconds, gets them moistened. Then close your eyes and massage them gently. You will feel the good of it in the short and long term.

yeh i know good point i dont think i do have enough breaks when im on my computer or helping others on theirs even i mean even in my lunc breaks at school and work im on the computer i should really lay off a bit do you think so?
