Fraps

Anyone know why when I record off games using Fraps the file saved has no sound and only video?
Its still really good quality video out of game, just no sound.

which version have you got?
i believe verision 1.* only captures video, i think you may need 2.* for sound and video

then you'll need to configure it in the sound menu :)

OK will try, lol i think this is the first time Ive actully used Kazaa to get any file at all. I just use it as a forum now since there are so many better P2Ps

Can fraps be used to record streaming videos from the net or is it just for video games?

fs i just want to use the link to get the full version of fraps and it just takes me to that fucken fileshareing home page bull shit where i have to login again and then im taken to the main forum page : S wth ?!? :S

I have the file but havnt installed it yet.....before i do, are there any other video capturing apps that are better? Less resource hogging etc?
