i kinda do one of two things....
have sex.... or masturbate....
either way... i get tired...hence i go to bed :)

4:20 is here..... and i woke up at 3.... i have the opposite of ur problem.... lol
i goto bed...fall asleep (well not last night...took me 3 hours to fall asleep) and then i fackin wake up at 3am...
in the end i slept like 3 hours or something....
thats all i want just like couple of hours of sleep but all i do is end up in bed bored to death trying to sleep.....Quote:

listen to music
smoke a joint
take sleeping pills
gravel
stay up for a whole day next night your sure to go to sleep 3:39am for me almost bed time 3 more hrs or so
Do something you've been putting off.
Read a book.
Look at a magazine.
Drink warm milk (I heard that the calcium in it is supposed to be sleep inducive)
Infested Cats started a topic about insomnia ages ago - there were lots of interesting suggestions there
try doing something useful while you're awake, might aswell use your time if not for sleeping

I like to listen to music... it helps to clear the mind, just relax and concentrate on the music, and you'll drift away. Or at least that's what happens with me.
Instrumental music is best, like orchestral works or movie soundtracks.
i usually pull the head off it vigorously for 10-15 minutes, it helps me sleep like a baby, kid, you should try it.
i normally listening to loud rock when i try to sleep. Doesnt always work though, but reading something you've put off cos it was boring usually helps.
Warm milk.
No caffeine a few hours before sleeping.
Exercise (not before sleeping, a few hours before).
Keep the room temp comfortable. Not to cold or too hot.

or if your in a over seas country you could try ghb, the only drug I ever had a "problem" with very addictive but very safe but its labeled a date rape drug so it gets a bad rap from the people who have never tried it or believe everyone who uses it are sexual predators
