I applaud anyone and everyone who has the technical know-how to make any contribution to keep K-Lite going -- regardless of the form it eventually takes.
I've tried some of the Clean KMD versions and yes, they do work. But on my computer, file search results have been minimal (there could be any one of a number of reasons for that) and downloading speeds were very slow.
Darth's KLR 2.4.5 gives me the first stable, non-craashing K-Lite version since the old 210 build 3, and I'm getting hundreds of search results with very fast download speeds.
If and when the "old style" K-Lite's stop working (and that includes KLR), then we will all have to switch to what ever is finally developed or find another P2P program.
Until that time, let's give all of these people our support. At least they're trying to do something.

for the last k++ 2.4.3 it is going to vanish and we should focus on buildes based on kmd 2.6 B)

I believe the developers are doing a good job. They are taking k-lite and improving it. If no one stood up after the fall of k-lite we would all be goners. Keep up the good work guys! :D

I do agree things are getting a bit confused but you have to remember the whole development thing is in the very early stages. When Sharman threatened legal action there was alot of outcry and several people started developing separate programs which could replace K++. Given time these will be merged and combines and eventually be whittled down to one with all the functionality needed.
For the moment K++ v.2.4.3 still connects without any problems so use that. Be patient. Keep an eye on development as stable versions will eventually arrive. If you can help download one of the builds, test it and give feedback to the developers so they can improve the builds.

It would be nice to see people in Israel/Palestinia sharing thoughts & files openly,
