Exchange rates are ephemeral things and in themselves don't mean much.
A weak dollar means that imports are expensive and consequently locally produced alternatives are cheaper; conversly exports look more attractive to overseas customers .
On the downside, essential imports are more expensive.
However, it is good time to plan a US holiday, if you can get in ......
(only joking I want no part in that argument :blink: )
i read it in paper - i thought the smarter than me people could have a nice discussion about it in a thread i started - i dont really plan to read what they say or participate in it :P

I personally would not visit the USA whilst the entry requirements are so Draconian.

Personally I do not mind. I believe your country is doing what it takes to prevent known terrorists from entering your country. I just hope that when my time comes, I'm staring at a young 21yo brunette who finishes work in 5 minutes. I'll get to see the sites in more ways than one :D
