....weights, but u dont want 2 spend money, so heres an idea
get 2 empty paint cans, ones with the handle on em, and fill em with water. then buy a thing of cocking and water proof them, so i dont spill. thjen use them like dumbells

Anything thats of a weight you can easily handle, it's no good getting something thats 25kg and you can only pump it twice, Reps not weight :)

Do push up but have your hand close and not spread apart. It;s good for triceps . Also do dips , you can use anything that levels off the ground. Also triceps

Buy one dumbbell, 30 lbs. (do curls)
$10 or less. (mine cost $7.20 at Sports Authority)
At one point I was working out everyday and in a about a month I had huge arms.
Now I workout less. (just enough to maintain my strength and keep the look)
I'm going to start back to working out hard next week. Just getting my diet together again.

Get 60lb dumbbells and you have a start.
For size: heavy weight, low reps, sets until you can't life it once, then get a grab lower weight and repeat the cycle.
For definition: low weight, high reps(15), sets until failure with your low weight.
Buy a 30 and 60lb dumbbells.
