Get the shittiest card I ever had. The Geforce 5200.
I say just add a hundred bucks and get the radeon 9600xt. I did. You get half life 2 with it anyway B) .
You can't buy much with a hundred these days. Yea I guess the geforce 5200 is ok if you have enough ram. I still have problems with games on my radeon 9600xt(but only at extremely high detail and maybe some AA). I have 384mb of ram, need to get some more ;)

how about doing some research b4 making fun of the guy....the xt card for nvidia is basically the the same thing as the "se" line up of ati. the xt version of the 5600 is only a 64 bit memory bandwidth so the 5200 beats it in most benchmark. if you are getting a card, never get anything that has a 64 bit memory bandwidth
how bout just waiting for a month or two for the new cards to come out
what new card are coming out?
no exact names yetQuote:

`Yes, its pretty much the tech name for the new cores they are using, much like AMD has its Barton, Intel has its, umm, Uhh, Northwood still?Quote:

So essientally he was perfectly fine in using their Corenames, because I can easily say "Wait Till The New Bartons Come Out" in that same context.
`Also, 9600Pros are about 139USD on pricegrabber.
`About the Ebay Auction, its a good guard, looks like the same one I have. Overclocks nicely, though its the regular memory, not the L shaped memory layout. It needs a Floppy power connector however, which I didnt get from my guy, so my floppy drive is Out of action. Hopefully they include an adapter.

thank you for clearing that up.
@jai, i guess the lite version is just one w/o the hl2 coupons included.

im not worried about the floppy drive part, i have no floppy drive is my pc to use the power connecter anyway. so no worries there.. wish me luck everyone, im still winning but theres still about 9 1/2 hours left.
does price grabber ship to canada?
Price grabber is just a comparasion engine. You will have to check individual sites to see if they ship to Canada.
Btw: 3 hours left, and i didnt see it had 19 BIds.
Things are going to get nasty, you better be refreshing the page every 10 seconds in the last two mins of that auction. If I wanted it, I would sneak in a bid with 20 seconds left, to avoid a bidding war.
theres like 8 minets left, no chance of me winning now, i have to bid at least $120 to win, and i dont have enough money to bid that much, well no 9500pro for me.. damnet!
I think this has already been posted, but
