Nikkid Not Well :(

NikkiD is very poorly :(

She got fever and very bad cough plus bad back and she been in bed all day and most of yesterday :(

So come on guys, lets wish her get well soon :)

@FC.......Yeah I know the feeling dude, both me and Baz had Flu (real flu, suprising how many people say they have flu but can go to the shop) we had it over xmas 2002, just knocks you out, I could&#39;nt even drink :o

drink lots of water, stay in bed and boss whoever is with you around (might as well take your chance now your unwell :P), keep warm, stay away from the board if you want to get better faster (especially the lounge...) and take your meds...

My cure for that is:

Take an Askit powder along with a glass of boiling hot lemonade(as hot as you can take) before you go to bed tonight.

You will suffer during the night with sweating etc. But you will be OK in the morning. This is the cure that Lemsip etc. is roughly based on.
