Things That Tick You Off!

How about a thread about daily things that annoy you :D

I have a few to start off (mostly on the tube/subway/underground),

1. When your on the tube (reading your paper) and a refugee is shaking a cup of money in your face with a 2 month old baby in her hand (claiming benefits from the tax you pay already)

2. When your on the tube (alone) and a weirdo gets on your carriage and sits in front of you and plays the direct eye contact, (I'm not going to look away first) stare out thing.

3. When you on the tube and every **** riding with you is reading YOUR newspaper! (someone actually tutted when I turned the page once) :angry:

4. People on the tube that pick earwax out of their ears and then look at their finger (without fail) :ph34r:

5. People that yap and giggle in the cinema during a good movie (usually during an oscar momment) :frusty:


What ticks you off??

I was at the cinema recently when the guy two rows up took a cel call
and began explaining the movie to the caller - loudly.

"Hi.......no, I'm at the movies..............Lost In Translation...........not too bad, kinda boring..............."
and so on.

People who dont answer their cell phones and force you to listen to their annoying voice mail greeting.:angry:

I know your there...................pick up the &#036;#%&#036;#%&#036;# phone :angry:

Women who babble on cell phones, with arms a flailing, and don&#39;t notice that the light has changed.

People who sit behind me at traffic lights and expect me to move before l&#39;ve finished my conversation, just because the stupid lights are green&#33; :angry:

Touche.

Certainly all the ladies here need their "issues" to be validated before others and the flow of traffic should even be considered.

i hate when people ask if they can borrow a doller
at school (even when you dont know that persion) :angry: .

1. People who drive the "speed limit" on a 5-lane highway
--------Move your ass over to the right&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; (to the left in the UK)

2. 5 slow drivers on a 5-lane highway driving at the same speed forming a sort of barricade against passing them.

3. People (especially in politics) that, in order to sound intelligent, use the filler word "uh". Observe the next time there&#39;s an interview with a politician (it&#39;s very subtle but very annoying).

....And uh I think that uh the best way to uh reduce taxes is to uhhh have uh smaller government........

4. People who just go outside for a "second", but leave my front door wide open letting my heat out. You don&#39;t have to leave it wide open...leave it cracked.

5. My leather car seats in the winter.

6. Paying &#036;250 for a tire (I had to do that today). They convenientely didn&#39;t have the lower costing ones in stock and I was riding on a donut.

7. S(ing)TFU&#33;&#33;&#33;

8. People who do illogical things that have adverse effects but continue to do it because "they have the power". My company Verizon is guilty of that among other "entities".

I dislike that also. A random person would come up to me and ask me to borrow a dollar, and I don&#39;t even know where to find the person to get my dollar back. :blink:

People who are not disabled parking in spaces reserved for the disabled.

Listen missus, it is close to the supermarket door for a reason. Not so that you don&#39;t have to walk far from your silver Mercedes to get to the feckin shop.

People that wait 15/20 secs before they answer their phone, just so everyone on the bus can hear their new ring-tone :lol:
