We all know that pornography is restriced to 18+. But why? Do you think that porn must be free access?

Under 18's have to be protected from predators. Even more so with the proliferation of internet access. Keep it as it is and make an extra effort to track down and kill paedophiles.

I think that any nudity should be available in a separate section. The reason I say this is that we have young members in this forum who are watching the forum, sometimes in the company of adults. Sometimes in the family living room. Actually the more I think about it, it also applies to grown ups. On a couple of occasions I went to show someone something on the forum. In order to do so I had to display an array of topless women. What kind of impresion does that give to strangers watching the forum. What do they think of me continually on the forum.

The main reason I am against it was the other night during the superbowl. When we had a young American lad watching the superbowl with his family and also logged on to the forum. He must have been embarassed to be shown a display of topless women in a thread about the superbowl. He did complain, and rightly so, at the time. OK someone is going to come back and mention the Jackson incident. That was an accident, I hope. :)

I voted 18+ but that is not really accurate for me.

Explicit porn should be located in separate areas. Basic nudity should be available anywhere. Children should not be taught that nudity in itself is wrong.

Put a kid of let&#39;s say 14familiar with a computer behind it and odds are he has

seen it all. And i mean all.

Regulation is good, if it actually works. It doesn&#39;t.

And it won&#39;t get any better.

So only way of "damagecontrol" is education on sexual values.

By parents(if available), at school, etc.

Because what they will "learn" from porn is not real life.

To be honest i&#39;m even more concerned about some "shows" we have on public

channels here, like sexcourt.

Most of those programs are way more sexist than most Pr0nflicks.

And every kid with a tv in it&#39;s room can watch them.........

Most who know me, know i have nothing against porn for myself.

But i think i have a clear picture not to expect most of it in real life(though

admitted, i&#39;m quite happy in that department.).

But it&#39;s not just kids that are a risc building wrong values.

I think also a lot of "adults" could use a course on sexual values before they

Pornography, yes, for 18 and older. It obviously can not be regulated on the internet, some things just can&#39;t be. Example P2P filesharing. LOL. But where and when it can it should be. I find it is espically disturbing if someone is exposed to it who dosn&#39;t want to be. It should be availible to only those who want it.

To a certain extent yes it&#39;s natural.. but most "porn" these days seems to be pushing the limits of whats natural and whats just outright wrong. It just becomes a question of morals and values, and at 18, I think you can make that decison on your own.

I voted 18+ altho thats not strictly true of the way I feel.

I think 18 is probably too high nowadays, I mean for gods sake, I challenge any of you mothers/fathers out there who have a son of 13 plus to turn his bedroom upside down, I garuantee you will find at least a mag.

The problem being that it should be controled, properly created.
By companies such as Private.

They also educated to an extent, maybe not so much on saftey altho some do stress the use of protection. But education in sexual pleasure.
If they are interested in sex, nothings going to stop them.

I remember at school (about 12) being told that real life sex is nothing like the porn films, by this age I had seen a couple :rolleyes:
