i am not sure, but i thought the same thing, but i am getting it any way, ha 0.4% lond way to go.
no it's that screener
It's a DVD-R (VIDEO_TS, vob, ifo, bup). It could be a fake because the file size seems too small (2GB) for a 3.5 hr movie.

it's that screener that has been authorized to DVD thats all
ok. that sucks.
it's better than the 3cd version, looks like vhs. but not dvd. however, a few hundred or so dvd's (not screeners) of the movie got leaked. they were in a bunch of two towers cases =o! but at least half of the recipients are noobs and returned it COMPLAINING that is wasn't what they bought. oh well, but i haven't seen any rips of that around. there was a post and article about this, wish i had it to copy here.
I seen that article also and it's a hoax, that never really happened. If you would have scrolled to the bottom of the page where it provided a link with other news from the site you would have seen that this is just a gag type of site and provided all sorts of phony news stories. Try and find the article again and see for yourself.
Had the english screener for days. I got it from torrentz.com I think (When Suprnova was down) anyway its a very good copy. However although I have only skipped through it, i cant seem to think their is some missing. I watched it at the cinema. When skipping through the Copy to check the quality was good im sure it lacked some of the scenic clips. might be wrong. will get around to watching it sometime this week anyhow.
well, i prefer to refer to amazon.com or other dvd-selling websites to confirm thatQuote:

Yep, i've seen that article too. The site is dedicated to hoax stories. The article was written by a guy calling himself 'gullible' :lol:Quote:

Are you sure it's a DVD Screener and not the VHS one?
When you put it that way. I could be wrong but the download said DVD Scr and the quality is great. At beggining of Film it says: This DVD/VHS Screener is blah blah for blah blah blah and should not be used for blah blah blah.
So it could be either but im guessing its the DVD ver.
show us a screenshot
yea. and is that the one i'm talking about up there? or another one?Quote:

It's the VHS Screener that was Converted to a "ready to burn" DVD format, and not the DVD Screener.Quote:

that'll be another 3-5 months
