try using your anti virus software to scan your pc.
every av software will find sub7 since it is very common.

I use zonealarm pro and set it so it doesnt give me these warnings. you may be able to do the same with norton.

do you still have the logs? what is the ip?
Do a whois on it and see who/where its from
and block subseven/all other l4me script kiddie progs ports
