Bumpey Dumpey had a great fall
No idea what you mean, curious tho explain please :)
There are scripts that use the meta tag:
<meta http-equiv=Page-Enter
This script makes blurry page transitions which I find annoying. Is there anyway to stop it?

Just remove the meta tag.
reinstall your browser,
eat a hamburger,
reinstall your browser,
go to sleep,
have breakfast,
open the page with notepad and remove the line and save,
eat a hamburger,
reinstall your browser,
go to sleep,
reinstall your browser,
eat a hamburger,
and thats it! :D any questions?
It's not me that has the meta script. WEBSITES have the meta script and I want to make it so I CANT see those scripts with something.
MORE INFORMATION:
Go to http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=littoevilgurl and exit that page. It will do a meta script.
Sounds like you're having a problem with java script. Not meta tags
