a japanese company has invened a dream machine, where u say your dream, subject, happy ending or not, etc... and it would play it after it has sensed u entering the stage right before the Rapid Eye Movement Stage...
Dreaming is easy - just relax get into a comfortable position and breathe slowly and deeply. Then consider where you want to go.
Works for me.
Or is it those dried frog pills?
Watch a Stephanie Swift Video before going to bed...Quote:

The techniques I use are based on two things. Either recognising that you are dreaming, or instructing yourself that while dreaming you will become conscious. A mixture of both works best. The trick is not really to become conscious when dreaming, that can be done fairly easily, the hard bit is to keep that state going.
well all you have to do is eat some peyote , i forgot its name in english , its this cactus like plant , eat about 4 of those , they taste like shit but they do the trick.
since im to lazy i couldnt bother myself to look for a site so just use google.

I think he was planning to start with lucid dreams rather than drug laden paranoia inducing out of body experiences. Although perhaps I picked him up wrong.Quote:

Heavy foods like cheese can help but it depends whether you want interesting lucid dreams or just plain nasty ones.
what do u mean by nasty?? id like to fly, have intercourse, and beat the living crap out of tis kid i know!
Between the age of 12-15 I suffered with real bad insomnia. Any sleep that I did have was accompanied with lucid dreams. Its a fantastic sensation being aware that you are dreaming and being able to manipulate that dream.
Unfortunately since growing out of my insomnia I rarely recall my dreams.
I keep on meaning to try some self hypnosis techniques I've read about but I think my alcohol intake does'nt help me.
The only advice I can give you (from what I've read) is not to try too hard. You will become frustrated and frustration causes anxiety. If you go to sleep in an anxious state you will not experience natural sleep and probaly wont even recall dreaming at all.
It may take you years of practicing relaxation techniques but the final result will be worth it.
man you should try melatonin
it works great and is all natural :01:
well i dont have any alcohol problems :P but id love to mainpulate my dreams without having to become an insomniac! right now im looking for anything i can find on kazaa like calm, peaceful music. anymore advice folks? its appreciated
in my personal experince no , its considered a drug in mexico , me being from mexico , i bought mine from a friend .
yea i dont wanna be poppin pills. maybe theres some herb out there that'ss do the trick that i can find int he supermarket. really what i am looking for are unnoficial personal techniques that work best for you
And from what I've heard it can seriously f@$k with your natural body clock and sleep patternQuote:

Nothing you ingest will cause lucid dreaming.

Having intercourse with a fly and then being chased by the kid you know with a giant fly spray would be a dream of the nasty variety.
erggg any would be fine! i wanna lucid dream..... please
my friend before you say that , you have to try my way , try to get your hands on some peyote , it really is something worth your trouble,Quote:

no true
plenty of books on it, check it out before you dismiss it on what someone else says about it ;)
I herd you can go crazy taking LSD one time and you could jump out a building and try to fly
can't believe everything you hear man
peyote pics , this what i ate

I had it a few times, it was called micro dot mesclien :01:
thats crazy shit, I preferr shrooms :)
Do not use hallicogens (spelt wrong) to achieve a lucid dream state. What you will see is not natural or entirely controllable (take it from an old shroom head).
Best advice I can give is to follow the link posted earlier in this thread and have patience. It may not come to you right away but you can not rush it.
Do you remeber your dreams when you wake up? If not the first thing you should do is to learn relaxation or meditation techniques to start you on your way. You will find that this will encourage a more relaxed sleep where you are more likely to recall your dreams.

It was advice given to me by my GP (doctor)
When I was suffering from insomnia I read about a celebrity that used it to help his insomnia. It was'nt avalible where I live (UK) so I was going to get some shipped over but I asked the docs advice before I did.
Edit: Microdots are f'n freaky :partytime:
If youre still up lucid dreams (meaning your in control of your dreams) can happen but first you must recognise you are dreaming.... that is the key..... pick a part of your body and tell your self that when you look there in your dream youll realise its a dream then you can start...... there is no short answer... it takes practise.. also becoming more conscious of your dreaming habits can help... like writing down your dreams.. i hope that helps
it just not trueQuote:
