Older version of nero burning rom came with something I think it was called nero wav editor but, you could record your voice and alter the pitch among a list of other effects (reverb, echo, chorus, flanger, wah-wah, phaser, modulation, distortion), I think it was nero 5.5 I used to have that had the wav editor.
Edit: it is in the current version too ;)
Peace

if you go there there's a voice program that has many functions.. kinda funny
Shit Talker doesnt have any SpyWare, right? It looks kinda suspicous to me....
About the Nero WAV Editor, I have Direct X installed, but whenever I play a audio file in the WAV editor, the audio keeps skipping and keeps breaking up...the audio track doesnt play smoothly....how can I fix this problem? When I click on "Bypass" the audio plays fine, but I wont be able to do the cool shit like distort the audio or change the pitch, because when I do try to edit the audio, it sounds fucked up.....

yea paste some rap lyrics in there
snoop
Not sure how to operate nero wav editor all that good, I only used it to recored my voice, then edit it to sound really deep, echo and stuff, then save it as an mp3, sorry I can't help much more than that.
If all you want to do is edit your voice then click record and record again (I think) then start talking after you have said what you want to say, make sure you select all or the part of the recored voice you want to edit.
Let me know how you get on
Peace
