is there a usb wire i could use to network from my pc to my sisters laptop.
its just for 2 night so no need to get wireless stuff so is there a usb wire i could use? :unsure:

im pretty sure thats not poss, but you could always get a usb-ethernet adaptor for not too much- basically a cheap external lan card

You'll necessitate a USB P2P cable. Dependant on your requirements is whether you ought to opt for 1.1 or 2.0. Are your intentions involving the cable for gaming purposes, as utilising USB 2.0 will be highly beneficial.

i wanna get one for when ever its needed
just get an nic card for your comp, and a usb ehternet connection which is a ethernet card that plugs into teh laptop by usb, or u could just get a pcmcia one. and last thing u need is a crossover cable to connect between the nic cards. then run home network setup wizard.Quote:
