How Fast Are You?

I use to run cross country in High school...and I ran for miles and miles during
my stint in the military.

I used to get tested for a two mile run as part of our P.T. test (physical training)
The fastest I ever ran it was in 9 minutes and 45 seconds.

By the way this was a while ago ;)
I'm currious as to what are some of the other members fastest times?

i am awful at long distance running. we did the 1500 metres at school last week and i got 6 mins <_<

I gave up running for Lent.

Can&#39;t get over 900 - Does it matter if you&#39;re testing from Europe ? That ocean&#39;s bound to slow me down :P

If god had meant us to run, he wouldnt have give us the brains to invent cars. ;)

I used to be a quite fast runner in my younger days,even thought about going to AthleteSchool( or whatever it&#39;s called) but since i took up the bad habbit of smoking I can&#39;t even run for 2 minutes straight <_<

I did a 4:18 ONCE. It was a summer day in 1975. I almost freaking died. (self timed)

I will admit I was on drugs at the time. Steroids too.

no, the 4:18 was a mile time :lol:

That would have been a mile in 2 minutes, i mean think about it... 30 mph? Sorry, not possible to run that fast

the best mile I ever ran in jr high was 7:36. :| not that great and I got progressively slower as the years went on.
