oh and do you have any smaller Hard drives for sale? around 40-60gb and probably 4500rpm and up? scottwile is looking for one, not me
uhh i might sell mine if i get a new one, but i wouldnt sell it to a friend (i consider you to be a friend, so scottwile is too) becuase the bearings or something in it are messed up, and the drive runs slower than it should (I think) so that is why i would be selling it...Quote:

almost makes up for me making you my guinea pig for installing the heatsync with a really small layer of thermal paste, you remember that? :lol:
I got my drive second hand, my 20gb in my old computer was from a friend, got for 50bucks, it was a ripoff, but oh well, and my 40gb i got from a shop, got that for 40bucks...no warranty :( ..

we were both noobs then? it wasnt that long ago, and i consider myself to be not a noob since like 3\4 years ago...i just didnt know how to put thermal paste on is all :rolleyes:
