Need Some Help Please, What App Should I Use For

For ripping cds -->MusicMatch (works great)
For converting wma to mp3-->Audio Conversion Wizard (fast and simple to use)

also acoustica mp3 to wav converter is another good program, it has a plug-in to conver wma to mp3 and wav as well

Nero with the audio plug-ins can rip to many formats.
CDex is a free cd ripper that's highly rated.
