Do you buy original DVDs?
i was the second voter lol
anyways i buy orignal dvds but only of those movies i love like star wars and matrix etc etc
movies that i really like
i just buy dvd's that i think are crap ;) :smilie4:
yes I do. There are plenty of movies I will still purchase. I think dvds are a much better buy than cds. I have copies of movies that I wouldn't actually buy.
yes, but only one`s that need to be got on DVD like the star wars films in box set, and the odd one that catches my eye.
Yeah I don't mind paying for em, if its a class film that I'm gonna watch a few times then its worth buying, it does'nt matter how good any1 is at copying discs theres nothing like the original, so I do but them :o well when the price comes down abit anyway
yeah same here - if the movie rocks I dont mind buying it :PQuote:

i'm going against the tide here but i wouldn't buy another dvd. Retail dvds take too much space on the shelf, thats why i prefer copies so can put them in my dvd wallets.
If i bought dvds i would have to throw away the boxes and just keep the disks, which would be a waste.
NO!!!
Taking too much room on the shelf is about the best excuse for d/loading films I've ever heard :D I've been looking into burning dvds lately and somewhere in my search for knowledge I saw an article on how writable discs we can buy are'nt the same as the shop copys anyway so will never be as good is that right?
My family does, but I'm too poor. You can just rent or borrow and copy them. It's soo easy.
Well, if it's a really good movie, I'll scrounge up enough money to buy it, but usually no.

Yes. I usually download them to see if they are worth buying and if they are I go and buy the original.
:P This is like haveing a Poll in MusicWorld asking if we still buy CDs.Of course People still do. :P
I have over 100 real dvd's however with my dvd burner and broadband i will proberly stop now.
Only when they have PS2 games burned on them
only if they cost around £5
I download films and if I like them I'll purchase. Simple.
Exactly :DQuote:

You cant beat an original DVD, and i want the good film makers to continue making movies.
But i'll be damned before i buy a crap movie, or encourage them to make them ;)
I buy the occassional dvd, basically only things I really like, but typically i will only buy them if they;re on discount, £15 - 20 is imo too expensive.
Yes I buy DVD's but only at night if the moon is out and it didn't rain that day.http://www.computerpannen.com/cwm/up...ara/crazy2.gifhttp://www.computerpannen.com/cwm/up...ara/crazy2.gifhttp://www.computerpannen.com/cwm/up...ara/crazy2.gifhttp://www.computerpannen.com/cwm/up...ara/crazy2.gifhttp://www.computerpannen.com/cwm/up...ara/crazy2.gif
I never, ever buy DVDs, I do the same with almost everything. It's a therapy.
Let this be the post to remind everyone why the movie industry is up in arms over file sharing. Sorry mate, but I support the industry. Nothing beats a 100% G E N U I N E DVDQuote:
