I prefer this system..
http://www.brouczech.com/images/beer%20pos%20038.jpgalthough it prooves to be more reliable than xp.
Works good with Counter Strike, but it can`t handle Tetris..
But without a system there is no Course
...Of Course
3 my computers run windows xp pro.

I'm confused, either what o.s. you have or what o.s. you use? Here is what I have Linux wise.FreeBSD makes great coasters. ;)
- Red Hat Series
8
9
WS 2.1
Enterprise 2.1
Fedora 1- Gentoo
1.4rc4
2004.0- Suse
9.1- Slackware
9.1
9.0- Turbo Linux
8.1- Mandrake
9.1
9.0- OpenBSD
3.1- Misc
Damn small Linux
Phlak
Lindows
etc.
As for what I use, it varies. Could be Windows today and Linux the next. So to know what I'm running just take the list above and play inny minny miny mo.
Why use Linux? Why?
Why?
Why?
Only comparative reasons mind!

It's a place to lay back, not be a complete dumb ass.
I'm sorry to have had a "effect" on your mood or whatever I did/do/participated in
but I have used lots of os' for lots of years...

-It's boring
-I can't theme it like I can Linux.
-It cost.
-If something goes wrong I have to wait for a patch from microsoft instead of altering the source code and making my own alterations.
Just to name a few. I'm not saying Linux is superior to any other o.s. besides Windows.
Yes Linux has crashed on me numerous times, but I'm able to troubleshoot any application so that it won't ever crash again. I don't think I can ever recall a time on Linux where my whole o.s. just passed out with a blue screen of death.
Most of all this computer stuff is really getting annoying anyway no matter what the flavor. I'm thinking of devoting all my time to what I really love best...............Softball and Volleyball. After all, none of this Linux stuff came about until I changed my major from psychology to Computer Science.
So what other Linux user will you bash when I'm gone?
Slight generalisation?Quote:

Generalisations suck.
Got disks of DOS 6.2, Win 3.1, 95, 98, 98se, Dell ME, XP Home + Pro Corp, XP Pro + Home Retail, and XP Pro and Home OEM :01:
But I just run XP Pro Corp and 98se (cause its stable now and I don't feel like upgrading right now on that one) :D
