Brown Bread Vs White Bread

Everyone knows that white breads better. Tastes better when you put crisps between it too :01:

I prefer really dark bread though. At least it tastes decent :huh:

brown bread for sandwiches
white bread for chip butties
thin bread for sandwiches
thick bread for toast

white bread is much better for squidging into a ball and throwing at people than brown

mainly white!,brown with salad,cheese,tomatoes,salad cream etc..

Wholemeal bread for me - More taste to it, more filling, more texture. And that's coming from someone who's been eating white bread for 18 years and has gone straight to brown in only a couple of months :P

There's also more variety with brown bread - Go to two shops and order the "same loaf" (i.e. loaves with the same name like wholemeal loaf) and you're likely to get to get signficantly different loaves. Then there's some of the stuff that is added to brown bread - Sesame seeds one delicious example :smilie4: With white bread, with the exception of speciality loaves like bagettes, it's all the same :(

Wholemeal bread for sandwiches & for toast :D

I hate brown bread....can&#39;t taste what ya put in it or on it over that healthy brownness....... :angry:

But then, I consider bread is just a way of holding the filling together so prefer it as tasteless as possible. :)

I hate brown bread, the regular white bread is ALRIGHT but not that great IMO. I prefer the italian and french breads:

wholewheat is healthier for you...although white tastes better
