Why ? Well, sometimes i restart and load my browser before Windows XP had the chance to connect to the internet. That gives the annoying 'Page Cannot be Displayed' message (or something like that) and since in the browser i use most often (Opera 7) there's a built-in Google search bar, i rarely need to visit the site (only when doing an irregular search).

I think the idea of a local html page with links is a good idea, i'm just too lazy to make one :P
