also Metal Gear Solid 1 and Metal Gear Solid 2
maybe from HL to HL2, its a pretty big leap. But this is kinda unfair because there is such a huge difference in time between release of the first and the second, whenever that may be
doom 2 and 3 has an even bigger leap.

GOOD GRAPHICS SAVE LIVES by using hyper-realistic simulation to fulfill our spiritual drive to shoot, hack and stomp living things till there's nothing left but an unrecognizable splat in the dirt.
Fron SNES to N64. ;)
well.. technically.. the greatest would be from the very first video game towards DOOM 3.
ID software is tight, they pulled out Quake with some amazement..
Now Doom 3.

Well the old games had phsycological effects on some people.. some of those atari games had some very repetative sounds that would constantly loop through your head for hours. Constantly hearing that same "beep bop beep bop" makes some want to loose self control.Quote:
