Another good choice would be Ibuprofen.

I have had very little luck with Tylenol.
I use an NSAID and a cup of coffee for my headaches.
Advil gel caps (Ibuprofen) have become my ache medicine of choice.
erm well since morphine wasnt one of ur options.... i usually take advil but for the truly horrendous ones I go for excedrin
Yeah, it contains aspirin and caffeine. I drink coffee because when I have a headache, I usually need as much caffeine as possible to wake me up, if you know what I mean.Quote:
