Propaganda is generally associated with lies. Unfortunately for Americans, it is Bush that is guilty of propaganda. That is the point Eminem is making in this video -- that the way Bush has used terrorism and fear to levy political power is textbook propaganda. "The terrorists hate our freedom" is a typical example of such textbook Orwellian propaganda.
Remember what Nazi propagandist Goering said at the Nuremberg trials:

"The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

BUSH SUPPORTERS.... they are the ones who are truely the "puppets".

Yes its lies, eminem is trying to say that the war will some how end instantly if Kerry wins. When we know that Kerry is pro war, and wont pull the troops out. He said he will try and find another way to handle the war, not that everything will get better. Sorry angles wont desend fron the heavens and everything will be peaceful when Kerry wins. I dont care who wins, as south park said its a Douch and a turd sandwicth. We get the same thing for who ever we vote for, just when Kerry wins it will be a differant person. The video is wrong all around. The anmation is ok tho.

This video must have been executive produced by Michael Moore. I guess that he thinks that Kerry will wave some sort of magic wand and end the whole war on terror. He will have to do so after disrespecting everyone serving in the military and also disrespecting all of our allies that joined us.
