does anyone else prefer the disabled toilet stall over the normal stall
I like the fact you sit so far up, like a gargoyle on a perch.
plus it has its own sink, that say's alot.
You can wash before you exit.
so the handicapped bathroom door handle has a better chance at being cleaner, with the regular stalls there is no chance of people washing before they leave.

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
so know one likes the handicapped toilets better than the others?

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
I just dont like the whole "crippled toilet" comment.

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
I'm talking abort the handicap stall.
do they not have big luxurious handicap toilets overseas?
are they only big in the US.

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
Holy crip its a crapple!
Yeah, i like the bigger ones. Way more room to do the bussiness.
Dont be so sensitive Skizo, hadicap people would be more mad at you for acting like there a alien, then someone saying cripple. They know thats what they are.

My mom has been in a wheelchair for the past 4 years. She doesn't like ppl staring or making a big deal about it like she's a "alien". But she would be red in the face and speak her mind if she heard someone say, "let the cripple through" or "I like the cripple toilet better". Maybe Muchspl2 didnt even mean anything by the word, but it isnt appreciated by most. ;)

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
I prefer it :01: the one at college has this cord you can pull on that gets someone to come wipe your arse, but when they turn up you only get shouted at

Surely if you can pull the cord you can wipe your own arse. Unless your handicap involves shorter than normal arms. :(

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
I use them at every opportunity. They're always cleaner, and you can press the button to make someone come wipe your arse, and help you pull your pants up.

Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
the one i go to doesn't wipe my ass, but offers me a bj. should go in there more often tbh.
-
Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
omg... people wipe your arse upon request?!
-
Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
Do some people have to wipe their own arse. How common http://www.sighost.us/members/danb/snooty.gif

Here in the UK the disabled toilets have like a pull down bar which is excellent for leverage!!
-
Re: does anyone else prefer the cripple toilet stall over the normal stall
We tend to use the nicely pc word of 'disabled' in the Uk, doesn't seem to offend anyone to my limited knowledge.
Pesonally, I usually wipe my own ;)

my gf is working on an "inclusion scheme" for young people who experience physical and/or mental difficulties and she got repremanded for using the term "disabled" with reference the disabled toilet - apparantly its politically correct to call it an "accessible toilet" now :(
whats the world coming to?

Re: does anyone else prefer the disabled toilet stall over the normal stall
In a similar way, I prefer the disabled parking spaces at sainsbury's, there's more room to get out of your car, and they're much closer to the shop entrance... ;)

I've been driving my Gramma around recently since she isn't very well and being a bit absent minded she's left her orange disabled badge in my car.
