A download will continue even if the tracker is down. If you stop it and try to restart it then it won't restart.

ps, I'll stop it when I've downloaded it(in 2 1/2 hrs time) and then open it again to seed it some more, luckily I right clicked and "saved target as" for this file cos of all the trouble they've been having lately. :P
