but when im with a female i sleep on my back

where is the option:

with the head on the keyboard?? :lol:

On my side(s).

Usually only one at a time though. :unsure:

On my side, usually right, with hand tucked under the pillow, what the other hand does depends on what/who I'm dreaming about :shifty:

Don't quote me on this but I think sleeping on your back is not good for you (people snore more when on their back) and sleeping on your side give more supported and clearer air flow (hence the recovery position being on the side)

But like I said, that's an educated guess cos I can't be arsed to look it up :lol:

@fiber - your side is the safest. like jonno said before sleeping on yer back causes snoring, you were right about that by the way. sleeping on your chest makes it hard to breath. so, the side's the safest ;)

sleeping on your chest is meant to be bad too cos your heart is pointing to the devil or some such mumbo jumbo

I had this idea that sleeping on ya side will make ya back go into a somwhat awkward shape

as from tonight i think im gonna convert

when falling asleep on a beach - it is advised to turn over every now & then for a balanced burn

chest and sides. it was awful when I broke my arm, leg or whatever and I had to only sleep on my back.

Whichever way is most comfortable. Usually takes a few hours. :(
