.cd1?? should be something like: cd1.avi
srt are subtitle files.
use MPC to play your files. (you need Xvid/divx to play them)
.srt are subtitles
cd1 & cd2 are no file extensions :) They are most likely .avi files. Known file extensions are probably hidden on your system. You can find this option in: Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > View
Both files are problably around 700 MB, making them fit on a single CD. Two parts. Hence cd1 & cd2.
yeah they were infact .cd1.avi
thanks
wen I ope it with MPC (media player classic) it says "Cannot render the file"
try http://www.videolan.org/
very few things that this program can't play.
then you dont have the correct codecs installed :unsure:Quote:

Not a valid Avi file...
did you download it from Kazaa because I think its a fake file.
nope, got it from a well know forum based site.
lots of people have downloaded it and they didnt have any problems
strange, what i would try is check if Videolan plays the files.Quote:

Have no idea how to fix this :(
ask the well know forum?
looks fake to me, even if it was renamed dat videolan would render it
doesn't make sense ESP with g-spot saying it fake.
Which site did you get it from?
Perhaps the latest beta of GSpot can give more info:
http://www.headbands.com/gspot/gspot252dl.html
If its that much trouble just delete the file and find it somewhere alse
If VideoLan or GSpot can't play it then I would question the authenticity of the file.
why download a bunch of new software onto your computer that may or maynot work just to get one file to work.
deleted it.
will try again but this time from elitetorrents
