you can open it with winrar.

winrar says "hell no." Or at least my winrar does.

edit: and now the sites dead or something. Eh..I'll get it later.

edit 2: Sites up, winrar site doesn't wanna let me download a newer winrar (mine being 3.30 while the current is 3.42's gotta be why the thing won't open).

Open winrar
Go "Options\Settings\Integration
Make sure 7-zip is ticked

By the way these are all custom built betas...
There hasnt been an official released version since early last year
