i remember that one mod where u can just have fun with the physics? what was that called? and would it be compatible with SiX?
o and i gotta say half life 2 has the best physics i've ever seen in the game! for like the 2 hours i fucked around with the physics!! its so COOL!!! :whistling
SO how do we use this mod with cracked versions of half life 2? It says you have to go through steam
Be careful people, cracking talk isnt allowed. Basically cracked versions of HL2 use steam still they just have modded the files abit. In my version of HL2 (cracked) i still use steam and Garry's Mod just shows up under My Games, i click to play and it loads. To Install just download the file from the website and install it into your SteamApps folder.
Well I dont even have steam, not that im aware of. I just launch HL2 from the desktop icon and it plays. What do I do?
What version (group name/crack program) are you using?
I have the Vengeance release.
Im pritty sure the mod won't be compatible with that release then if it doesnt use Steam. If you want to play with the mod i susgest you buy the game its worth it.

Six dosnt work anymore ;)
not online multiplayer, but single player does. so im not sure if vengeance has the GCF files, but he could get six, or steamdown and put the gcfs in it and then get the mod and then it would work perfect.Quote:

SiX is a crack tool that doesnt work. GCF's are the files Half Life 2 reads. The easiest way to pirate this game is to steal a cd key. Its what i did.

Steam just wont work online if you have a pirated version. You can still install PPpatcher, or Six Steam, and still play games by yourself, including garry'smod. But you can play garry'smod with other people too.
how do you do expressions on faces? and pant blood?
You cannot change facial expressions. Use the second 9mm pistol to shoot different splotches, right click to change from paint, blood, urine stains, etc.
Yes you can change facial expresions. In the new version anyway, the paint gun, has been removed and replaced with a tool gun that lets you paint, change facial expressions , remove items and people and set things on fire.

You have to download install Half Life 2, install steam, then install garry's mod. And it will then be playable through steam.
You have to install steam before you can install Half Life 2.
and then....you pwn....
