Were are people getting Avatars/sigs like this?

I see lots of people with Avatar like {I}{K}{E}'s http://img145.exs.cx/img145/1762/quaqmire20wk.gif
along with a sig with a quote from the character.

Were do you guys get it all? :ohmy:

Anywhere really, I've even seen people use avatars from a cell phone website that were cell phone backgrounds.

Photoshop CS to cut the head out and ImageReady to make the animation and used a Quagmire plug-in. :lol:

A piece of his head in its leftmost position shows up as the head reaches its rightmost position, cant you see it?

Also, something happens with the shell as the head shifts.

I'll look at it, did a reboot to check if it was something os related that made it turn out like that so now I got all the tools available anyway..

EDit: it'll have to be later, gotta' do some other stuff now, damn.

Sorry 'bout starting this, I just got hung up on the head showing up behind there.

Ended up updating a bunch of stuff when I booted into this os too. :glare: And frikkin MS screwed up my ulead.

BTw, cobbled together a transparent version before, are my eyes playing tricks on me or is there an outline to the left of the head? :blink: ?
