To whom it may concern, which is not many,
There's been a dispute between a staff member and I, and to shorten the story, I'm just tired of all the strict rules around here, I've put up with it for 2 years without saying anything, but I'm not taking it anymore, I feel as if I'm beening watched and monitored by old catholic nuns with whips. Now, you may start flaming, but it will do you no good.
We (the team) have been discussing about ads in signatures because someone asked me if it was allowed. We still haven't decided if we should allow it or not, so I asked him not to use banners for now. I just asked if you would edit your signature nothing else. If I didnt ask you to edit your signature it wouldn't be fair.
I thrashed your thread because you asked us to click on the banner in your signature. This is the same as starting a thread and advertise free Ipods with a referer link.

Have to agree with RTJ, the mods here aren't all that strict. They're alright, if you ask me. The reason I post a fair bit here is precisely because of the relaxed attitude of the people with their finger over the delete button. Oh yeah, and because they let me take the piss without bannage :P
I wouldn't flame iMartina as I hardly know her - but honestly, grow up kid.
I have never had a problem with mods, and never really felt the need to complain about anything. My sig was too big once so I reduced it...not a problem.
I look at it this way....this forum is free to us but someone has to pay and like I tell my children "while I pay the bills I make the rules".
This forum is the one of the few places in my life I don't have take things seriously. I get to have a laugh, a rant and sometimes a bloody good argument.
I won't flame you Imartin, I hope you will continue to post and just accept this place for what it is......
