Daemon Tools - Very low memory usage for a program that cracks and bypasses copy protection on the fly.
Cool Beans System Info - Great little program for showing ram, cpu and bandwidth useage,
Re: light weight software champs
I like programs you can run of a floppy , or cd with out installing. NSW is one I like . Norton Windocter and cleansweep come to mind.
Re: light weight software champs
Sygate personal FW - I use and recommend version 5.5 build 2516. Later builds can throw annoying errors on system shutdown/reboot. On my system they do anyway.
avast! Home Edition AV - is the lightest on resources in my experience. Virus signatures are updated on a near daily basis and it's free.
Re: light weight software champs

Re: light weight software champs
