I think humans are too lazy to adapt these days. We can't be bothered to wait thousands of years to develop wing or gills...so we build aeroplanes and boats. We adapt the world to us, not the other way round.
We use technology not naturalogy dumbass
Naturalogy isn't a word, dumbass.

Gotten a tan recently? There you go, you evolved.
Moved to a colder climate lately and noticed a slight growth in body hair? There you go, you evolved.
And humans can't fly? Hog-wash I say! You just haven't bought the right "stuff" lately....
i think what she means its no longer survival of the fittest. people who should be left behind aren't. for example; we wont evolve to run any faster because slow people dont get eaten anymoreQuote:

Just stating facts.
Facts based on post i made in 3 sec tops <_<
this thread de-evolved totally
Does natural selection still apply, I would have thought so.
Certainly in places where the technological developments you speak of have not taken hold, yet. So I would venture that some parts of the human race are still adapting to their environment. Not everyone lives in the "developed world"
It also may still be manifesting itself in non-physical ways. One wonders.
Mentalists congregate on the interweb and tend to get cut themself off from the real world, cyber-sex does not engender pro-creation therefore there will be less mentalism in the world.
This is evolution.
Wouldn't the loss of a section of the community be devolution.Quote:

Are you saying that we shouldn't section mentalists.Quote:

If you are suggesting a mentalists section on the forum you should really start a thread in the Everything About This Forum section.Quote:
